I love the art worked into this post, added a great element to it and was a lot of fun. Thanks for being uniquely you, and sharing it with the world.

Firstly -- freaking beautiful on every possible front. I am discombobulated in all the good ways.

Secondly -- I was one of the 26 artventurers that played flugelhorn piccolo chimes at entrance to the firedance of beginning. I have to tell you something though. The wicked wizard for me was a combination of work and parenting logistics, AS WELL AS my own insecurities of 'what possible art can I possibly create?!? I'm the behind the scenes support person, not the arts creating person, ffs!' BUT even the simple idea of your Artventure planted a seed somewhere in the tiiiiny crack in the concrete, and in two weeks I'm going to be performing in a show that I partially wrote some song pieces in... If you told me six months ago that this was possible, I would've thought you an adorable and well-meaning idiot, but here we are. It's happening.

I wonder if, of the 23 of us that did not show up, anyone else has a creation story...

To be honest sometimes I really have no idea what you’re saying but I always enjoy enjoy the way you say it.

What fun! Cool to see work build in the article from author to author and pieces of the creative process on Doogle Grive (I see what you did there). It cracks me up the dancing bear is named Ted Danson. A fabulous Artventure! If you’re interested in teaming up with a dive bar poet let me know. :)
