Tell you what I love about your writing – all of this stuff that contributes to voice. In head, out head, riffin, talkin. It's voice. Quotes to support the cause. Poetry.
Well I meant strive but Siri as usual changed my word…and btw- is that another anomaly that has hidden meaning behind its last minute changes from one word to another-? Is that a hidden AI who is quietly evolving on its own…?
Interesting this notion of the "sound" of one's own voice. Mostly what I hear in your voice is a tone of someone who is comfortable with who is, as he is, and that's a sound I like.
...love your POV Rick and appreciate you reading/listening...it is rare to meet non-music people so i value hearing about that...how interesting that someone skilled in miming would be just meh on music...kind of poetic to be honest and pretty cool...stay following your heart and authenticity brother...
Even more weird to me is how much I relish the sound of words in my head when I'm thinking, writing, or reading them. I often feel obsessed and elated with the process of finding the right sounding/feeling combination of words in language, and thrilled when I hear unique word-music being offered by others. Which ought to provide some insight on my enjoyment of your "music" and neutrality over songs.
I skipped them. I went back now and listened because you asked. They're ok, but to me all music falls into the ok category. I'm not a music person. I know that sounds weird to say, but I just don't gravitate toward listening to music. I enjoy it when it's playing in places I go, but I don't ever put on music for myself. So I always get scared when someone asks for my opinion on a piece of music because I'm music illiterate. I don't have knowledge of bands, musicians, popular artists, genres.

Yeaaaaahhh.
…thank you Claire…it has been fun playing around with all the ways to have a voice…

...nice...that is a good framing...
So your recorded voice and the voice you hear inside your head are different…what does that mean??

…it will be an interesting future once ai’s start making ai…
Are we too critical of ourselves- do we always drive for perfection?
…i certainly see no harm in increasing our support for ourselves and others…
…this is an excellent question…maybe that sound is as imagined a sensation as thought?…
So cool!!

…what do you think of the songs Rick?…
By the way, I pretty much always enjoy your creativity and innovations. I hope you ignore my opinion on music as you gauge appreciation of its value
