your juicy rich layered language and the love of lemon the spider, joy and a wild ride this piece. keep wanting to see you performing this live, maybe with a backup band or at least an upright bass.
…that’s the dream ed…got to get an in house band at some point :)…small goals though…first we do spider appreciations…then the live free jazz…then a stadium tour calling bingo…appreciate you!…
... hahaha... maybe we're half spiders, after all... 2 arms, 2 legs... still, i think we're unspiders, even though we built the largest web... we cannot make silk, but our lies can be just as sticky...
This is all better than most of the properly formatted poetry I have read in my life. Part of me wants you to name it for the poetry that it is, and present it so, but the pretense of such would likely not do you any favors. Reading your work is always like a creativity shower, speaking of showers. I scrub my mind parts with these soapy sparks of your musings.
...you are onto something there Claire...this did release some stress writing it down...for weeks I couldn't figure out why that final dance was so haunting and sticky...but at least now Lemon and I got here...
You might appreciate this song I made recently. A Noiseless Patient Spider is a Walt Whitman poem, so this song laments a spider lost 150+ years ago...

...we need more eyes...
...yes, i forgot the eyes... we definitely don't have enough of those...

...it's good to be clean Rick...it's good to be clean...
This is totally poetry, Rick’s exactly right.
I find this type of writing relaxing, always enjoy it.

Immortalised for us to enjoy forever 💀
I’m fascinated by spiders. And your magical style of bringing them to life
